Recently I was hired to be a coach for CollegePlus, an organization dedicated to help people all over the world achieve their college degree in a distance and accelerated environment. I am excited to work with CollegePlus because I have the privilege and the honor of helping guide, encourage and motivate students towards their life and educational goals.

One of the things that got me so excited is found in the CollegePlus program guide:

This is astounding, but it also makes perfect sense. I know that while I was at college, I could have done more with my time if I had been an environment that encouraged that “Gazelle Intensity” that Dave Ramsey often talks about. I am convinced that with the right motivation and focus, we can do much more than the culture expects of us.
