48 Day to the Work You Love – Workshop for Youth Starting in March!
Hey Team,
I wanted to let everyone know that we will be starting the next semester of classes in March. Sunday’s class will start on the 4th and Tuesday’s will start on the 6th.
Our goal this semester is to help the team explore career and business goals for their present situations and for their futures. If you have never heard of the 48 Days to the Work You Love program by Dan Miller why don’t you trot over to 48days.com. While normally geared towards adults, the 48 Days program is also a great opportunity for youth to develop the beginnings of their career goals.
Here’s the thing, when we dream big and break down those dreams into small, doable steps then those dreams can become a reality. We have youth who dream of becoming business owners, investors, researchers, leaders, designers and speakers. How do they begin to reach for these dreams?
This is our topic for the spring semester. I am looking forward to it!
Future Christian Millionaires

This past week we asked the Team what dreams they had. I loved hearing that many of them that many of them wanted to be Christian Millionaires.
“What’s new Bryan? Don’t all kids want to be millionaires?”
What’s different about these youth is that they get it. They don’t see a million dollars as something just handed to them, but something that is within their own reach through wise money management. And they want the money, not so they can have all the new toys, but so that they can provide for their families, for others, and do some really cool things. We have one student who wants to build an orphanage. That is a good dream, and I believe she can make it happen.
I am proud of these young men and women!
1 Class Recap: I’m Scared of High Schoolers…
…which is bad news since TEAM EAGLE is all about mentoring youth.
The good news is that high schoolers tend to scare each other.
We all have expectations and that “weirdness” going on when we interact with a new group of people. And there is nothing more terrifying than asking “discussion” questions and not having “discussion.”
Thankfully, by the end of our first class I felt like I connected with each person in our team. To those who were there, I hope you went away knowing that I see huge potential in you. Get those “mirrors” posted and do something big this upcoming year, or even month! The world is ready for world-changers like you.
What did you think, TEAM?
